We all know and appreciate Patrick Mahomes, the superstar quarterback who led the Kansas City Chiefs to the Super Bowl and multiple playoff runs. But what about his little brother, Jackson? Well, let's just say he's not exactly the pride of the Mahomes family right now.
In case you haven't spent much time online recently, Jackson was recently arrested and charged with several counts of aggravated sexual battery and battery. Yeah, not exactly the kind of news you want to hear about someone who shares your DNA.
Now, I'm not here to make light of sexual assault or violence of any kind. It's a serious issue that should never be taken lightly. Let's face it if you're a sports fan that pays the slightest attention to social media you know this is the result of a long running downward spiral from Jackson and the Mahomes family. It seems like for every accomplishment Patrick his brother & wife seem to be in the headlines for some doing something disrespectful, weird, or as of recently battery.
So, why exactly does Jackson Mahomes suck? Well, for starters, he allegedly assaulted a waiter and the owner of a restaurant earlier this year. I mean, come on, let's not forget about the fact that he reportedly grabbed the restaurant owner by the neck and forcibly kissed her. I don't care who you are, that's just creepy. Plus, the fact that he apparently told her they should be a "power couple" is top-teir delusional, buddies really out trying the good old tell the stripper you love them routine or how you can take them away from all this. You're not even a regular couple, dude. You're just some guy's brother that got some clout from dancing quite literally on the sidelines.
Jackson's attorney has denied the allegations. But let's be real, the damage has already been done. When you're known more for your bad behavior and being some guys brother more than your actual accomplishments, you've got a problem.
Jackson Mahomes sucks. He may be the brother of one of the most beloved athletes in the world, but he's also a prime example of what not to do with your life. Hopefully he'll learn from his mistakes and get his act together. Or at least hope his cellmates are bigger on consent than he is .
